Laura Roloff, core room team leader at Waupaca Foundry in Waupaca, Wisconsin shares her move from CNA to the foundry, Laura states, "I always grew up thinking I would be a nurse, my whole life, then I was a CNA for 7 years and ended up not being happy doing that. So I needed a change." Laura's need for change drove her to take a risk and move to Waupaca Foundry, she has turned her job into a second home with a new work family as well.
