Nate Reiswitz, quality assurance representative at Waupaca Foundry's ductile iron plant in Marinette, Wisconsin shares how a job out of high school turned to a rewarding career at the foundry. Nate worked hard, used the tuition reimbursement program to grow his skills and ultimately his career, and even met his wife while working at Waupaca. Nate shares his customer-first approach, “I can walk out the door at the end of the day and feel like I won. And I feel like I win when my customers are happy.”
