Waupaca Foundry produces gray iron, ductile iron (including high strength HNM, series ductile iron and austempered ductile iron) castings. But, there are more reasons than ever to stop and see us at the show.

As part of our continous commitment to meet the evolving needs of our customers, CastExpo serves as a great opportunity to hear about the latest news at Waupaca Foundry.
  • Added casting cleaning and finishing capacity for ductil iron parts with a mill room expansion in Marinette, WI.
  • Awarded the AFS 2022 Casting of the Year for a weldment converted to the market's first ever cast iron 12" backhoe bucket.
  • Completed a successful two-year cupola replacement initiative at Plant 5 in Tell City, IN to maintain operational efficiency necessary to meet customer demand.
  • Awarded the AFS Green Foundry sustainability award for reducing energy consumption of more than 20%.
A new line of sessions is being introduced at CastExpo '22 specifically for casting designers and buyers. Sessions will be held on the show floor and are included with the show floor pass. Between sessions, source your castings at CastExpo '22 by bringing your own blueprints to foundries exhibiting in Cast in North America. Show your casting drawings to representatives from North America's leading foundries, and they'll verify foundry capabilities, feasibility, costs, and material options.

We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your iron casting needs. Visit booth #2641 and explore castings on display, see a few familiar faces, and network with the best in the industry.
