HEATHER LUTZ, APNP, FNP

Heather was born in Stephenson, MI and is excited to be working near her hometown. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Masters/Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Illinois. 

She has 13 years of experience in EMS and Emergency Department nursing. You can turn to Heather for everything from illness and injury care to disease prevention and chronic condition management. 

"I practiced how I want my family, friends, and myself to be treated. I want my patients to understand the "what" and the "why" behind their treatment options. That way, they can make the best decisions for themselves," said Heather. She enjoys the relationships she builds with her patients, which helps her deliver better and more rewarding care.
