JOHN WIESBROCK

As Executive Vice President, John Wiesbrock is responsible for developing new business strategies and global opportunities and growing relationships with existing customers. During his tenure, John was also responsible for establishing processes, leading continuous improvement in, and ensuring a globally-competitive and sustainable supply chain. 

John brings 35 years of manufacturing experience in both machining and iron foundry operations. His career started in machining and assembly operations, where he was responsible for all facets of operations. Wiesbrock joined Waupaca Foundry in 2002, where he has held senior leadership positions in sales and marketing and supply chain. He was promoted to his current position in 2014.  

In addition to his operational duties, he is mentoring the next generation of leadership for Waupaca Foundry. In this process, he is sharing the pride of being a part of American manufacturing which he believes sets Waupaca Foundry apart from other manufacturers and iron foundries.
